Services and scheduling

Service availability, appointment dates, access requirements, testing conditions, and the scope of work are subject to confirmation by RadonEDU. You agree to provide accurate contact and property information and to ensure lawful, safe access to the property. A website request is not a guaranteed appointment until confirmed.

Payments and changes

Applicable pricing and payment options are presented during checkout or otherwise communicated before service. Online card payments are processed by Stripe. Rescheduling, cancellation, access problems, or conditions that prevent completion may affect the appointment. Contact RadonEDU promptly if a booking must be changed.

Inspection information

Radon testing, sewer scopes, and home inspections reflect conditions observable or measurable within the agreed scope and at the time of service. Reports do not guarantee future conditions and are not insurance or warranties. Any service-specific agreement provided by RadonEDU also applies; if it conflicts with these website terms, the service-specific agreement controls for that service.

SMS Terms

Program: RadonEDU Administrator Booking Alerts. This is an internal operational messaging program for designated RadonEDU administrators who knowingly agree to receive automated alerts about new bookings and payment confirmations. The program does not send marketing messages to customers.

• Message frequency varies with booking activity and may include up to two messages per booking.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out. After processing the request, no further program messages will be sent unless the recipient opts in again.
• Reply HELP for help, call (630) 849-1671, or email RadonEDU22@gmail.com.
• Consent to receive automated SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any property inspection service.
• Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or unlawful information, or use its content in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of RadonEDU or others.

Website availability and changes

RadonEDU may update the website, services, or these terms from time to time. We may correct errors or temporarily suspend website functions. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.
