Information we collect

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, telephone number, property address, property details, requested service, transaction role, real-estate agent information, closing date, payment method, and any instructions or message you submit.

Our server may also receive basic technical information associated with a website request, such as an IP address, browser type, device type, requested pages, and date and time. Payment card information is collected and processed by Stripe. RadonEDU does not receive or store complete card details.

How we use information

RadonEDU uses information to respond to inquiries; schedule, perform, and manage inspections; process or document payments; deliver reports and service communications; communicate with customers and involved real-estate professionals; operate and secure the website; maintain business records; comply with legal requirements; and improve our services.

SMS information

RadonEDU uses SMS messaging for operational booking and payment alerts sent only to administrators who knowingly consent to receive them. Message frequency varies with booking activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

When information may be disclosed

We may provide information to service providers that help us operate our business, such as payment processing, website hosting, email, and messaging providers. They may use the information only to provide services on our behalf. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not permit third parties to use SMS consent records for their own marketing.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including service, accounting, legal, and compliance obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices
